When you make a booking/reservation/ticket purchase for Christiansø, we collect the following information: Name, email, and phone number.
What do we use your information for?
We store the information you enter during your booking/reservation or ticket purchase in our internal database. We use your email to send confirmation, possibly tickets, and other important information about your booked trip. We only use your phone number if – contrary to expectations – we need to contact you, for example, if your ferry departure is cancelled.
Who do we share your information with?
We do not disclose your data to third parties.
How long do we store your information?
We store your information for up to two years to help you find information about the bookings/reservations/ticket purchases you have made.
After this, we delete them. You can always get information about what data we store about you – and request to have your information deleted by writing toinfo@christiansoefarten.dk
